Martin Davis continues to relate the timeless wisdom of Coach John Wooden. In this episode Davis talks about the emphasis Wooden placed on effort and learning to have patience with the results that are achieved either as an individual or a member of a team. Coach Wooden had to learn patience with the young men he was leading when they were giving their best effort and it did not measure up to what he thought was possible. But learn he did and Davis gives one incredible, inspirational example of Wooden putting his thoughts into action.
