Today's LunchTime word is coming out of the book of Psalms 70. This scriptures is to encourage, motivate and exalt listeners to seek God in the time of trouble. During moments of adversity choose to seek God and not resort to take matters into your own hands. Go to the Lord in prayer and ask for his help. Honestly, who else can help us? Jesus is our Lord, Savior and deliverer and it's in him that I trust. It is in the Lord that I move, breathe and have my being. Though I may be weak and poor, all that I have is yours Father.
