Hello y'all!
Episode 59! Here we speak on a bunch of different things that expand from life to fitness. It was good sitting down and letting the conversation flow. Speaking about how to be our own biggest cheerleader/supporter was the highlight for today. At times we can be very hard on ourselves by the words and thoughts we feed our minds which can lead us to feel and act a certain way. A way that may stray you from goals, relationships, and opportunities. By changing the way we talk to ourselves, our awareness of emotions, and our response to situations, it can help impact our lives for the better. Its tough but it can be done ! Finally, we get into body language on the coaching floor and how it can impact the class vibe. People can pick up on body language quick which can lead to awkwardness.
