Episode 57!
We are back at it team :) Coming back from a 3 week break and it feels good! During that time we had adventures, obstacles, and tons of FOOD! Vacationing is always great and we encourage it, do it a frequent as you can. It is a great way to unwind and escape from your environment. Coming back though can be a task! We come back with fatigue, off routine, body tension, and may feel sluggish....this is normal after vacation. The big question is what are you going to do about it? Getting back on routine is not easy and it takes a TON of self motivation to get back on....we all deal with this. We give some good tips in the conversation but the one that works the most is just showing up :)
Just get back on it!
