In this episode we speak on the principles of progression. This is the formula to healthy fitness and pain free exercise team. Following proper progression and practicing skills is how we can make tremendous progress in our fitness journey. If we jump from A to Z we are missing a ton in between that helps create the movement you are seeking. There is always something to learn and if you think you mastered it all....go back to the basics and redefine!
