We are back with episode 71! On this episode we speak on some qualities of a successful gym goer. Over the years we have been taking notes on the common habits and behaviors that create the results you are seeking. Yes, going to the gym should be fun and exciting, but the reality of it is.....the purpose of the gym is to create health by pushing metabolic diseases out the window and increase physical /mental strength. Some people go years experiencing plateaus and some experience minimal results, WE as the coach are there to help individuals get over those plateaus and help create results. BUT we can only take you so far, you will have to swim on your own, create your discipline, and learn what habits suit you well. The journey is yours :)
