Episode 32! This episode took place on the road!
We took a trip to ATx over the weekend to learn from some of the top S&C coaches in the game. It was exciting and very interesting to hear what these individuals had to say. There were some demonstrations that blew our minds, presentations that motivated us, and vibes that were genuine! The bonding experience that we had was awesome and the memories we created this past weekend will go down in the books.
