We are excited about this one because we are speaking of the importance of squat depth. There are tons of questions about how we should squat? Is squatting below parallel bad? Should I squat daily? With all these questions in mind, Coach Rod and I speak on how to achieve squat depth using drills and external stability to allow for proper progression into a full depth squat with NO pain. We throw in some of our opinions and share some coaching experiences and the conversation goes on :)
