This conversation was awesome! Coach Leah joined in on this topic and we spoke on the logistics of putting a comp together and what it takes for it to run smooth. We also spoke on the merge of the two gyms, how our culture at HK is growing, seeing athletes accomplish huge feats, and some emotions that are tied into creating an event.
