In this episode, we speak on a topic that we believe is very important. Reentry into exercise. One of the common scenarios after injury is reinjuring. This can be due to quick progressions, misguidance, no guidance, too much intensity , the list goes on. When individuals get injured it leads to a decrease in movement which can also affect confidence in movement. When this occurs it is our job as coaches to help that individual find a way to move and educate them on how to properly progress back into the gym, safely. Sitting down and waiting to heal is not always the answer. Becoming proactive and learning how to use exercise as medicine is always the path we strive to provide.
