On this episode we highlight the CrossFit model of Mechanics. Consistency. Intensity. These three components are essential to taking fitness to the next level....safely. If you are in this for the long run, we would encourage y'all to practice this model. Mechanics are what we learn, we practice those mechanics until they become consistent, then we add the load (intensity when ready) There is no A ----> Z. We gotta do everything in between :)
