Episode #10 Music and fitness
This topic is very close to my heart. I have been in the fitness community since I was 12 years old, since then I never stopped.
There are so many misconceptions about fitness and music (specifically classical musicians) that put this topic in a very unstable and confused state.
I am a pianist myself and I know where the waves move in this topic.
I heard it all, "my wrist, my tension, my ass, I am not going to sound the same, my arms, my stomach (even know it needs a lot of works, but I digress)"
Here I discuss how I maintain my fitness live and my piano playing in my daily life. Some diet tips and methods to keep yourself fit and healthy as a musician. Is not easy but it can be done!
