Merry Christmas Eve Eve, GMTD family! We have a little holiday treat for you this week— that’s right, we’re talking about ‘Twas the Night with our absolute Christmas EXPERT, Jackie Gonzalez-Durruthy!
This film turns a lot of tropes on their heads, and has an ACUTAL con-artist/criminal Uncle, a sleigh NOT pulled by reindeer, and a Santa NOT “living in the Ho-Ho-Ho.”
It’s veryyyyy clear that whoever wrote this movie was on the naughty list. All I’ll say is… there’s some allusion to inappropriate behavior with Rudolph, and a tickle fight initiated by Santa that is VERY DISTURBING!
