The Rexon RHP-530 is an aviation handheld transceiver meaning that it can both transmit and receive. This radio has many features that I as a blind person will never use. That being said, this radio for the price is a great buy and will work well for both blind and sighted people a like. This review also acts as an eyes free experience as I am totally blind.
