As someone who’s worked in sexual and reproductive health for over 12 years, I’m very much aware of the benefits and challenges of working in the sector. Thankfully there are many activists, educators and practitioners like me who recognise the sector's value but are also committed to improving the sexual and reproductive health outcomes of people who experience inequalities.
