Jak has an incredible story, from playing first-class cricket in his early 20's to the virus that flipped his life upside down overnight and eventually led to him making golf his addiction.
He shares with us his journey so far and we delve into the work he is doing to support underprivileged kids get into sports to benefit from all of the opportunities, connections, and lessons it brings.
