As a global collective, we are undergoing huge waves of pandemic trauma.  In previous episodes, P & V have talked about where they stand mentally during the podcast check-ins and steps they've taken to support their mental wellbeing.  With the level of uncertainty in our lives, we don't necessarily have the correct structures or systems in place, and that can be very frustrating.  What we do have power over, is creating systems and structures in our lives and implement them within our family, community and individual units, to support our realities.  In this week's episode, we cover the weight that our bodies are holding and how we can release it, ways that you can find your inner grounding via stories shared, and highlighting the pockets of pleasurable moments in your day.
