Today's overcomer tidbit is this: the overcomer does it for his glory. Well, "Does what?", you might ask. Well, the answer is simple. Does everything for God's glory.
In episode 12, I shared that the overcomer embraces every challenge for God's glory. But during this episode, we are going to take things a bit deeper. Children of God are simply not overcoming or winning at life, you might say. Because they have the wrong motives and heart posture.
Scripture reminds us of a nation, that nation being Israel, that worship God with their mouths, but their hearts were far from him. They found themselves time and time again, distant from God because they were self-driven. Driven by selfish ambition.
