Once upon a time . A farmer needs water for his farm so he brought a well from his Neighbour . The Neighbour was very cunning , next day when the farmer goes to drew water from the well . His Neighbour refused to take the water . When the farmer ask why ? He said that he brought the not the water in it and walked away . Distraughted farmer went to the Emperor to ask for justice . Emperor call Birbal one of his nine and most wisest coutier . Bibal understand the whole situation and ask the farmer neighbour . Why didn't he let the farmer to drew water from it . Neighbour replies that I sell the well not the water in it . Bilbal said look as you sold the well to the farmer ,you have no right to put water in farmers well either you pay rent to the farmer or take your water out of the well . Realising that he himself trapped into his trap . Neighbour Apologize and went away.
