Description

Often our minds are riddled with negative self-talk, self-loathing, and trauma responses. When this is the case, it vacates our physical bodies in a state of paralysis. We don't feel good enough to push forward and follow our dreams, because we're living in fear that people will see all the hurt and traumas that we've endured that were so ashamed of. Sometimes the key is choosing to take the ladder, even when you don't feel good enough. You pretend to be good enough, until you actually believe that you are.
