Description

St Margaret’s began as most enduring Institutions do, with a simple idea.   The idea that the nation's children deserve a quality education that equips them with the moral, spiritual, and scholarly foundation to carry them through their lives. An Episcopal network of schools was the dream of Bishop Wiilliam Cabell Brown; and in 1919, in the midst of the Spanish Influenza, it became a priority for the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia.
