Graduation Countdown is 23 days.
Today the softball team plays for the conference Championship for the Virginia League of Independent Schools. Trinity Episcopal will travel to Tappahannock for a 5 pm start. The two teams split their regular-season games as excitement builds for the championship.
We finish with Ms. Harvey’s Digital Media class who found the girls taking photos/video and creating an original soundtrack and movie representing SMS, the river, or combination of both.
Today we share Faith’s work
“The Sounds of SMS” was inspired to try and capture the river and its different aspects and emotions. How the waves would crash on a windy day and how it feels when the sun starts to show and the waves relax. To make this project I started by making a story. A beautiful day turns into a dark and stormy night followed by more cloudiness and waves crashing. The next day all is well and the sun is out shining and people are talking and the view of the river is beautiful.
