Bilal Issifou is the Founder and CEO at UNCHAINEDINC., a tech based startup company with a social professional platform that helps students who attend historically Black colleges and universities obtain employment and career development opportunities, while helping corporations find top diverse talent. Bilal earned his Bachelor's degree in only 3 years from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and is a high performance oriented individual who is passionate about creating opportunities for under-served populations and through UNCHAINEDINC he is on track to strengthen the HBCU to corporation pipeline while also making Diversity, Equity and Inclusion the standard for recruiting as a whole.
