Episode 49 of Season 3 is a form of the ancient spiritual practice featured in St. Ignatius' Spiritual Exercises - the Prayer of Examen. This prayer is a way to reflect back on the day and see the hand of God at work in our lives, to practice gratitude, and to look forward to the coming day with the intent to align with Jesus.
