1. New Tarmac Racing Circuit In Kenya
A brand new racing track was opened in Machakos County, Kenya by the area Governor Alfred Mutua.
The circuit will be used for multiple events including rally cross and motocross. To shed more light we speak to Multiple Kenya Rally Champion and reigning African Rally Champion Carl Tundo who is involved in organizing Rally Cross at the new racing track.
2. Extreme Festival in South Africa
The first round of the 2022 National Extreme Festival was held at Zwartkops Raceway in Pretoria. Extreme Festival is the racing home of Global Touring Cars including the GTC SupaCup, Investchem Formula 1600, ZX 10 Masters Superbikes and much more. We recap this event with PetrolHead Colin Hastie of Raceday Tv, who also gives us an update on Formula One return to South Africa and the Simola Hill Climb.
