They also discuss some of their past friendships that didn't go well and the negative attributes they don't allow in their friendships today. The femmes get into their early friendships and the hard lessons they've learned from being involved in drama and around friends who didn't have their best interest at hearts. Trust in friendship is so important and when someone tells you something in confident it can crumble your faith in the relationship when they don't honor that trust. Andrea and Mindy both tell about how they got caught in drama in some of their past friendships and how they try to keep it out of their friendships today. They get into some building blocks and what a good friend means to them, such as give and take, putting in effort, respecting each other, giving of your time, and not keeping score. As adults in their 30s, they recognize that a friendship might look different than it did in their 20s. They're a lot more critical of who they give that title to.
