On this week's episode, the Femmes are discussing their personal goals for the year and their plans of attack. Both Mindy and Andrea are looking at this year as a way to build their habits, rid stress, and live their lives with intention. Check out their goals below, and don't forget to tell a friend.

Mindy's Goals:

1. Read 75 Books (mix of fiction & non-fiction)

2. Have a Better Relationship With Food

3. Start Low Impact Exercise

4. Begin to Learn a New Language

5. Romanticize Life

6. Budget

Andrea's Goals:

1. Read 50 Books (15 non-fiction)

2. Drink More Water (less sugary drinks)

3. Less/Stress More Happiness (by way of meditation)

4. Write More

5. Become More Organized/Clean 

With all of these goals, the idea is to turn them into habits and create sustainability. These aren't one and done. These are goals that can be incorporated in 2022 and carried out through their lives.
