Since retrograde and the eclipse season started, I have been reminded of a pattern that I, and many other people fall prey to in the spiritual communities, of trying to heal our trauma and shadows without having all the tools to do so. This creates a harmful pattern that further triggers our body and doesn't support us where we are at in the moment.
Of course this pattern is something that is dangled in front of us as a promise of living our our highest timeline, one that can make us feel less than when we inevitably can't heal as quickly as we want to.
So this week, I dive into how this pattern can come about, how it has come up for me in my healing journey, and what steps we can do to ACTUALLY fully heal from our traumas and have a trauma informed or safer experience when working with our shadow. One that centers your body and it's experience rather than your rational mind and pull to heal things quickly to feel good enough to achieve your desires.
