Description

To some, being "afraid" of certain foods may sound silly. For those, who have experienced this however, understand that there is nothing silly about it. It's real, it's crippling, it takes the joy out of our life, impacts our relationship with others, and makes us feel like something is "wrong with us". 

You're not alone in these thoughts though, in fact, I hear this ALL THE TIME, and I, once struggled with it as well. 

Your next plan of action is not further eliminating those foods though, it's changing your thoughts around that food, so that you can finally find Strength Through Food Freedom, and feel the empowerment and resilience you are looking for.
