Episode 7 of the Strength Through Food Freedom podcast is all about ridding your same old, binge, restrict, binge restrict cycle. This is my favorite episode yet, as I tell you the no BS ways to go about getting rid of this distorted behavior that is holding you back.

I’m passionate in this episode, I want you to know that you don’t have to live this way, you are not a victim from food, those cookies in your cabinet aren’t really calling your name, no matter how you may think that they are. You don’t have to reach for the nearest comfort food because your stressed about school, or your BF is shitty, you had a long exhausting day, or because you “ate clean” all week, and now you “deserve it”.

I understand how hard it can be. Your talking to the girl who used to hide her binging, and would always start over the next day. The girl who would numb herself to sleep with food. The girl who said to herself, “just one last time”. The girl who thought that the more she restricted herself, the better, she would be. The girl who would hide in her shame, and when ordering food for herself to binge on, would pretend it was for someone else.

I want you to experience food freedom faster than I did. It’s out there for you, it’s scary I know, you think to yourself, “how can I never feel normal around food?”. The thing is, you can, it takes scary action and understanding that there is a problem. It takes a desire within your soul to end your habits, and break this coping mechanism that you’ve built from repetitive action. YOU ARE NOT POWERLESS.
