REMOVING MORAL ATTACHMENTS TO FOOD is my favorite topic to discuss. It makes up what my 1:1 coaching is all about, where my struggles stemmed from, and is truly life changing, when you learn how your moral attachments to food are either hindering your ability to feel “normal” around food, have a positive relationship with food, and even help you within your fitness journey.

We’ve all heard these phrases before. Bad, good, clean, dirty, naughty etc. These moral attachments threaten our self- esteem, and perpetuate that “I’ve been good today, I’ve been bad today” cycle, that holds us captive, and hinders our ability to reach our goals, and rid food fear.
