Larry is an old school Australian mixed martial arts legend.
A pancrase and shooto practitioner he's been in the ring with Ken Shamrock, Akiro Gono, competed in ADCC against Saul Ribeiro, and is the wrestling coach for the Sydney roosters in Australia's National Rugby League competition.
I was a member of his Boxingworks gym for a number of years while living in the downtown (CBD) area of Sydney.
Larry takes us through the early days of the mixed martial arts/NHB/UFC scene, the development of the Australian BJJ scene, the transition from competitor to coach, and some old fight stories.
