There are periods in our lives where everything seems to be moving too fast—work, school, our social lives, our minds. This feels distressing. We long to re-centre, feel calm, but we can't quite remember our way back there. And so, we slog through, feeling like the only way to reconnect with our peace is by "getting through to the other side."
Many people live this way. But, for those of us that are conscious, we know in our souls that this isn't how we want to move through life. We know that there's a better way, a more aligned, more joyful way. We've heard about nervous system regulation and rewiring of the brain.
But, for many, there remains a gap between the awareness of the fact that we could move through these periods with more grace, and the implementation of the tools required to actually live this way—with less fear, less anxiety, more ease, and more serenity. The way we are intended to live.
That's why I recorded this episode. To bridge that gap and help you bring yourself back to a state of calm. 🕊
