There's a lot of stigma around watching tv and movies, especially in the wellness space. So often when it comes up in discussion, there's a lot of "I know it's 'not good' but I watched..."
And this saddens me. I'm not a fan of moralizing, as that undercurrent of judgment feels... off-putting.
The thing is, at the end of the day, watching tv—just like playing video games, or exercising, or meditating, isn't innately good or bad. What makes something good for us or not is the relationship we've cultivated to said thing.
In this episode, we're de-stigmatizing that which so many of us enjoy at the end of the work day, and we're exploring its benefits: for rest, surrender, and as a result manifestation. Yes, you can actually tap into incredible manifestation power while you enjoy that great show/film :)
