Cancer does not discriminate on age or stage of life, something Stacey Braddish discovered aged 21 going into her final year in college she went for a checkup. Within a short two weeks was diagnosed with a 10 centimetre mass in her chest - Non Hodgkins Lymphoma - and had begun chemotherapy. Happily, Stacey is now cancer free and has recently qualified as a Cardiac Physiologist working in some of the hospitals in which she was treated. We explore balancing being a patient and person, the role of creativity in her healing and wellbeing, the realities of returning to the workplace as well as the incredible work she is now doing to support others on their cancer journeys.
