Each 2nd Saturday of the month the LIV You team does a fun activity for women to participate in.

Mental Wellness

1. Joining social media groups that encourage mental wellness.

2. Create virtual spaces for friends and family to connect.

3. Get a walking partner and go on nature walks.

Physical Wellness

1. Schedule dates with friends and family (in-person and online) to stay connected.

2. Join a workout community in-person or online.

3. Participate in online and in-person events that you enjoy and helps meet new people.

Spiritual Wellness

1. Have a small positive conversation with nature.

2. Be open to laughter with new people through conversations.

3. While remaining in your truth connecting, be objective.
