Each 2nd Saturday of the month the LIV You team does a fun activity for women to participate in.

2. Create a list of your needs to help decrease impulsive shopping.

3. Put all unspent money for the week in a savings account.

Physical Wellness

1. Track your spending to improve your finances.

2. Pay your bills on time every month.

3. Use credit cards responsibly.

Spiritual Wellness

  1. Learn how to detach your money from your emotions.
  2. Connect to the infinite universal money flow and manifest what you want and need while allowing yourself to more fully experience the feeling of oneness.
  3. Develop a higher level of conscious inner awareness to money.
