  1. It doesn’t have to be structured, every call or face to face encounter you can listen, learn, and see how your person is doing
  2. Schedule a play date with your person instead of asking questions to get them out of their minds, problems, stress, etc
  3. Make sure you are in a place mentally before checking in on others

Spiritual Wellness

1. Support them in their own believe systems without trying to convert them to yours

2. Speak positivity into their life when not around them
