Description

Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
Stand tall with your feet together or slightly apart, grounding through all four corners of your feet. Engage your thighs, lift your kneecaps, and draw your belly in towards your spine. Allow your tailbone to lengthen towards the floor as you lift through the crown of your head. Roll your shoulders down and back, and let your arms hang naturally by your sides, with your palms facing forward. Take a deep breath in, feeling your chest rise, and exhale, finding stillness and stability in your posture. Feel the connection to the earth beneath you, standing strong and steady like a mountain."
