  1. Mountain Pose (Tadasana): "Stand tall with feet together. Inhale, reach your arms overhead."
  2. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana): "Exhale, fold forward at the hips, bringing your hands to the floor."
  3. Half Standing Forward Bend (Ardha Uttanasana): "Inhale, lift your torso halfway up, keeping your spine long."
  4. Plank Pose (Phalakasana): "Exhale, step or jump back into Plank Pose."
  5. Four-Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana): "Inhale, lower down to Chaturanga."
  6. Upward-Facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana): "Inhale, roll over your toes, lift your chest, and straighten your arms."
  7. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): "Exhale, lift your hips and press back into Downward Dog. Hold for five breaths."
  8. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana): "Inhale, step or jump forward and fold."
  9. Mountain Pose (Tadasana): "Inhale, rise to stand, reaching arms overhead. Exhale, bring your hands to your heart."
