- Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana): "Exhale, fold forward at the hips, bringing your hands to the floor."
- Half Standing Forward Bend (Ardha Uttanasana): "Inhale, lift your torso halfway up, keeping your spine long."
- Plank Pose (Phalakasana): "Exhale, step or jump back into Plank Pose."
- Four-Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana): "Inhale, lower down to Chaturanga."
- Upward-Facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana): "Inhale, roll over your toes, lift your chest, and straighten your arms."
- Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): "Exhale, lift your hips and press back into Downward Dog. Hold for five breaths."
