Elizaveta Khlynina, Program Director of the Practicum for Entrepreneurs at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, a private business school in Russia. Elizaveta has been working in the school for more than 7 years, in education and people development for more than 12 years. Elizaveta has extensive experience in developing educational programs for small and medium business entrepreneurs. The Practicum program was created in 2013 and over 9 years has produced more than 900 entrepreneurs from all over Russia and the world. In 2020, the program received the gold of the EFMD International Award in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem nomination. In 2011, Elizaveta graduated from the Higher School of Economics, direction of political science, now finishing MBA.
