Description

Dr. Marcus was a 47-year-old male critical care physician working at Delray medical center. He lived with his wife and five children in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Marcus recalls his first encounters with coronavirus as well as his experience in the COVID-19 unit in the hospital and his long hours there. He also explains the impact on his family life and his mental health. He stresses the importance of becoming vaccinated and why even children cause the outbreaks. He also describes his experience on Telemedicine, the caring of patients remotely, and how he worked for hospitals remotely all over the country. He also explains the effects of religion on him during this difficult time. Finally, he shares some important lessons that he learned during this time.
