AJ & Jacob hear Cedric's journey as he works his way up from Fayetteville, NC to Lake City, SC and the numerous people that helped him along the way, while also throwing in a funny story about Jim People's! He shares his story as a hungry Co-Manager to a veteran Partner and the many challenges and lessons he had to learn along the way. There were some things he knew he did wrong and learned from them. Ultimately making him the man and Partner he is today, once his mindset changed. He explains how important it is to be you and not anyone else. He also shares the impact his wonderful mother had on his life and the advice she continued to give him along his journey to success. He praises and thanks his people and his wife for helping him thru this journey. Cedric represents the true definition of HUMBLE and some advice on trying to create, or at least help, that "work-life balance"
