AJ & Jacob listen in on Danielle's story as she starts in Blanchard, OK working her way up the management chain at the age of 19. She share's her appreciation to the partner/mentor she had and his caring for his people. She share's how she decided to take DLR as a career over college. After she's evaluated her life and her career over and over again, she share's how she feels consistently feels DLR is the move for her. She share's her struggles as a new partner and what she did to learn from them. She share's a very tragic personal story that really hits home on how important it is to have that work/life balance. She closes by enforcing the training program she instills in her drive in and how important it is to her and why it's made her successful.
