Jay is a professional photographer who is perhaps best known for his pictures of Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead. In addition to live shots, he has done significant work with numerous magazines, including over 300 cover shots for "Rolling Stone." He has released several coffee table books of his work and also has experience directing live video feeds at music festivals such as Lollapalooza. He joined the show to discuss how he ventured into the world of photography and film, how the art has changed through the years, the experience of working with the Dead, and more.
