Those words are not synonyms. We believe that if we forgive those who have done damage to us, traumatized us, or hurt us...that they are off the hook.
But an anchor has no idea that it's stopping a ship from exploring the world.
Today I talk about how my journey of forgiveness opened doors I didn't know existed, and how it made the reappearance of ghosts of the past easier to handle.
