Description

The discipline to pursue our passion requires spending a long time in the dark without feedback or encouragement. No one is going to do it for us so if we are not constantly evaluating, revaluating, and aligning to what it is that we want more of then we will waste a lot of time and energy in the wrong direction, or even worse... never start. Harish Guda is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University sharing his experience about how he dedicates himself to exploring the world what is possible by "connecting the dots backwards". We can't sit around and wait for opportunities before we decide to start working at it. Sacrifice is critical to the process long before the opportunity arrives so that when it appears you are ready to seize it.
