In this episode we talk about challenging life situations that all of us experience from time to time but not all of us talk about. It's easy to stay positive, motivated and inspired when everything is nice and smooth, but it's not easy to keep up your energy when you are physically sick, mentally exhausted and emotionally drained. We all know those situations where one thing happens after another, like the world is falling apart and you feel completely out of control. So motivational speaches don't really work then, in fact this is the last thing you want to hear in that state! We share how we both recently went into a "not so rainbows and unicorns" period in our lives, what we did during and after, and what have we learned from them. We also shared how our self care rituals were beneficial for us in "good times" and "bad times" ...
