In today’s podcast episode Charlotte and Paula will be giving you tips on imposter syndrome and talking about it. For example, feeling like you are being judged for everything you do like posting on social media or in Facebook groups.

Tips for overcoming imposter syndrome:

1. Unfollow anyone on social media who makes you doubt yourself. There is a difference between feeling inspired and competitor analysis vs comparing yourself.
2. Writing down everything you have achieved in your business, personal life, travel, anything you have achieved.
3. Surround yourself with positive people that support you.
4. Remember that everyone is human, no one is better than anyone just because they have success in their business.

Speak to some of your previous clients, ask them what made them choose YOU.
