You may be feeling run down, headachy and over tired but feeling like it is not ‘bad’ enough to take the day off work. Let’s change that!

Batch working is a good way to release stress, with an increase in productivity.  For example, Charlotte completed seven marketing reports for clients on Tuesday - allocating all day.

  2. If you’re too busy with work and busy having late nights seeing friends and family then set time to have self care days and relax.
